I am fairly new to biking. I wasn't sure if dropper posts were just hype or the bees knees. Now I can't ride without one. Easy install, though I should have cut the cable a little shorter. I can fix that. Smooth an reliable operation so far.

I put this on a Trek Marlin 5 , Gen 3. I had no idea how much i needed a dropper post. Game changer for hitting the trails!! The post shoots up every time i hit the button with speed. Goes down with no issues, the included level look slick and feels great on my thumb!highly recommend
