This switch is for a Heavy Duty 15A 125V 15A 250V Toggle (Bat Style) SPDT 3 Terminal 3 Position Momentary Contact (ON)/OFF/(ON) Switch with Waterproof/-proof Rubber Boot.
The spring loaded bat handle returns to the center OFF from both ON positions (Top-Bottom) when handle is released.
These handy screw terminal switches are shipped with two lock-nuts and ON/OFF/ON Red/Black legend plate and boot.

Purchased this switch to fix the beds in my toy hauler! Although smaller then the original, the 3 wires were easy to connect and now the beds go up and down as they did originally!

No issues, except it didn't fit under the fighter jet type safety switch cover. Too long of a switch toggle. Have had to customize a different safety device to make sure the switch isn't accidentally hit.But, the switch itself works just fine!

I do not know why others say this is not a momentary switch but I can tell you mine is! A very nice switch, heavy duty and with a rubber waterproof boot which is perfect for the application on my Harleys air ride system.
