OK, so this is advertised as a kit to change your existing 2-wheel trailer into a 4-wheel trailer, BUT the kit includes only 2 wheels, not the 4 needed for a complete set. You need TWO extra wheels. This was not clear to me...I accept that. Be aware that unless you want o use two older wheels with this, you need to buy two new ones for a completely new wheel assembly. I purchased this new set to replace an older trailer assembly that had very hard use. They are very functional and yes they have a tendency to flip over. That can be fixed by adding some sort of check strap or chain to the arm.
