This polar whale Christmas tree mat is expensive, but it does the job with keeping the floor dry. It gave me peace of mind that my hardwood floor wouldn't be damaged, and it wasn't.

This product worked great to protect our floors. Did not intend to but overwatered the tree and a large amount of water spilled over from the tree stand . I wiped up as much as possible but the mat held the water no floor damage at all . Great product.

The product is lightweight, and not as large as other waterproof pads. Feel confident this will protect our very expensive wide plank wood floors. The raised lip around the edge is a great feature. Just initially confusing if the plastic pad which is a separate piece was to be inserted or placed under the foam portion.

It came late (USPS) so I wasn’t able to use it. But the package was thin and not very heavy so I would not have been happy with it, for the price. I returned it.
