The product was excellent but when I didn’t need to change out the old one I ran into a problem. Return postage was almost half the cost of the item! No help from the seller after several requests. Make sure you need it!

Replacing existing wheel with this item stopped the endless circiling by the 3900. Replacement was same quality as the existing wheel and was simple to install.

Exactly what I needed to get my Polaris going again.I noticed the hose getting severely tangled and the Polaris just running in circles. Turns out the brass bushing on the old wheel was completely worn out so that wheel was not being driven. It was easy to remove the tire from the old wheel, put it on the new one, and finally attach the new wheel to the Polaris with the single axle screw.

Arrived on time, fit on to my existing sweep just fine, no problems at all. good experience, good product. Do note though that this item does NOT come with a tire, so you may want to keep your current tire before tossing your old wheel.

This is the OEM wheel for the Polaris 3900 Sport. Note that this comes without the tire which just snaps on and off. The brass retention and drive nut is embedded in the plastic on this one which is an improvement over the old original design. This was half of the price of the exact same wheel at our local national L...... pool supply store.

I bought this from Pool Zoom. It was a new part in the Polaris package with the brass bushing built in, rubber tire not included. Installation is very simple; remove the single screw, remove the wheel, transplant the tire to the new wheel and install in reverse. If your Polaris is spinning in circles and knotting the cable like mine was, this is the fix! The old wheel was loose, the brass bushing was loose, and the wheel was rub against the side, acting like a brake. The new one fits perfectly and has no free play.

We bought this wheel in August 2012. However, it did not have a BRASS BUSHING as pictured above. The one I have is worn out because it does not have a brass bushing. Before I order another one of these wheels I want to make sure it is BRASS.I would also like to know if it's possible to order just the brass bushing. Thank you.
