- 3211180 Polaris RZR Belt made with Aramid Fiber cord that handle more than 10,000 pounds of tension without breaking or stretching !
- The strength of aramid is 1 to 2 times higher than that of nylon (PA) and polyester (PET). It has good rigidity, low elongation, small creep, excellent heat resistance, and its shrinkage rate is only one-thirdtieth of PA.
- In terms of dynamic mechanics, the composite modulus of aramid fiber increases with the increase of temperature, but the loss modulus decreases with the increase of temperature, that is, aramid fiber has excellent high temperature performance.
- This Polaris RZR belt is made to withstand ALL terrains like mud, dirt, trails, sand, rocky paths and more.

Tips√
1. Please verify your year, make and model in the product details before purchasing.
2. Align the clutches according to manufacturer’s specifications and clean the sheaves with a warm soapy water and let it air dry to remove all residues.
3. Perform two heat cycles in 20 miles. （ Low speed ） Conservatively run through the entire shift range, without exceeding ¾ throttle. Bring the belt back to normal operating temperature (15 minutes) then shut down and completely cool the belt for 30 minutes. Repeat the process.This will ensure the belt gets seated properly.

Bought this belt as a spare. Ended up having to use it. Less than 50 miles in the belt shredded on my machine and chunks of belt went flying.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON A BETTER BELT!!!!WIll change my review if full refund is made. I am willing to return your faulty belt on your dime.

Follow the manual for a belt change to a T and the belt slips and spins and then smokes itself in low going 18 to 22 mph. Cheap made and not worth a cent. Didn't get 1 mile of usage out of this belt before my RZR wouldn't pull anymore. I got 1800 miles out of my Polaris brand belt....

UPDATE: first belt was defective i believe, I made it three rides, I would still recommend this belt as they have great customer service!Awesome belt at a awesome price, I have told all my riding buddies to save some money and buy this belt!

My belt broke after a couple of days but i sent a message and all they ask for was a pic of it. They ended up sending me a brand new one at no charge!!!A++++ customer service and getting back to me quickly. A++++++
