I thought it was plug and play. It did not come with programming and only a dealer can do that. Iwas told the dealer had to have the whole machine for them to program it. Seems to me like there could be a better way.

Product is dead .Will not allow electricity out of the unit to the fuel pump.Will not transmit power!
