I kept the product and ised it because it was mostly undamaged and I did’t want to wait for a replacement. These are good quality, so they can take a little rough handling, however…Mine arrived dirty and covered with insect remains. It looked like it had just been taken out of the ground. It had a few dents along the bottom edge that I had to trim to get it to fir properly in the base. It definitely looked used, but since I was putting it in the ground, on top of a septic tank, I didn’t fret too much about that. It was also missing the screws.If your screws are also missing, I found that stainless, #8, 1-1/2”, pan-head screws seem to work great. You’ll need 8 of them.

This riser enables me to mound dirt around it and mound above the ground level. The previous owner had brought in fill dirt to take care of a flooding problem. However, failed to extend the risers above ground level. During heavy rains the is enough water seepage for the sprinklers to run 3 more times in a day.

Had an existing base with an already attached cover. Installation of the riser onto the old base and attaching the cover was simple and very easy. Screws were included. Product is very sturdy, all the holes lined up, and the shipping was fast.

I installed poly tank cover was used to replace the heavy concrete lid that allows for me to quickly inspect my tanks and clean the filter without having to dig up my yard. The green cover is attractive and blends in well and look right at home with the surrounding grass. It was quick and easy to install and has saved me hundreds in service fees paying to have a company service my effluent filter and digging fees for pump outs. I also add my septic tank treatments directly to the tank by opening the lid and pouring it in!
