I especially appreciate the arm exerciser, which gives me a great upper body workout while pedaling. The bike operates smoothly and quietly, which means I can watch TV or listen to music without any annoying noise. The resistance levels are easy to adjust, so I can switch up the intensity depending on how I’m feeling.Overall, this bike is sturdy, easy to assemble, and perfect for all fitness levels. It’s low-impact, so it's gentle on my knees, but still helps me break a sweat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and effective way to stay active at home!

The Pooboo recumbent exercise bike was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It does not wobble or move when in use and is very quiet. The finish on the bike is flawless and all of the adjustable parts fit well and move easily during adjustment. The wheel spins nicely with no vibration when up to speed. The handlebar and seat adjustments allow my husband and I to find a comfortable positions and the seat is comfortable. It appears that a lot of thought went into the design of the bike. Overall, I am pleased with the build and operation of the bike.I highly recommend

The assembly was easier than I imagined. Finished setting it up within 30 minutes. It’s also very easy to move around as it has wheels at the bottom. Most importantly, the bike itself performs really well. It tracks the workout time, calories burned, and even heart rate. For the cost it’s a top notch product!

It is a quiet, full-body workout machine with arm exercisers, magnetic resistance, smart app support, and a comfy seat. It supports up to 400 lbs. Great for home use, though some users find the seat a bit firm.

I’ve been using the Pooboo W216 Recumbent Bike for rehab, and it’s been perfect. The sturdy frame feels very stable, and the smooth, quiet ride makes it easy to focus on recovery without disturbing anyone. The dual arm and leg motion is great for full-body movement, and the 8 resistance levels let me gradually increase intensity. The breathable backrest and adjustable seat make longer sessions comfortable, and setup was quick and simple. I also enjoy using the tablet holder to follow rehab routines and track progress through the app.Overall, it’s been a reliable, well-designed bike that’s helped me stay consistent with physical therapy at home.

The best of this product is ease of assembly. it came with clear instructions and didn’t take long to put together. I did it myself in under an hour. The workout quality is really solid. It’s super smooth and quiet, and I like that it includes arm exercises too. It makes me feel like I’m getting more of a full-body workout, not just legs. The size is a little big, but it’s ok. As for functionality,it has pulse sensor, resistance levels, a comfy seat and backrest. It’s quite heavy but it feels really sturdy and safe.

Assembly directions are detailed and very accurate. The only issues I had was with bracket for holding the seat unit (item #20) in place. I spent a good bit of time searching through all of the parts thinking either I had misplaced it or it was not included, only to find it bolted in place to the unit. Also had the same issues with the screws to hold the digital screen, already in the back of that piece. As one reviewer has pointed out, getting the two bolts that hold the seat unit in place is a bit of a PITA. I strongly recommend lying down next to the unit to get a full view of the work area. Don't try to do it blindly by feel. Also as noted elsewhere, the bracket attached with two bolts to the front of the unit is meant to serve as a handle to get the unit in place. It is then removed and not used in the actual assembly. They also provide a good bit of extra fastener hardware so you will have a bit of a pile of stuff left over when completed.
