I own 14 Diamond pool tables which are currently leased to a local bar, I also own a Diamond 8 – ball polisher/cleaner that sells for around $700. At my house I have a pool table and I saw the ad on Amazon for pool ball polisher/cleaner at a considerably lower price – – – I ordered it and tried it and was astounded with the quality and result from this polisher/cleaner. There was absolutely no difference in the results of the Amazon polisher/cleaner and the industrial polisher/cleaner that I have for the bar! More than pleased, you can buy with confidence. This polisher/cleaner is absolutely excellent overall, simple to use and an excellent price!

This review is for the "Automatic Billiard Ball Cleaning Machine - 16 Ball Billiard Ball Cleaning Machine Billiard Ball Polishing Machine 110v 180w High Power Motor Fast Cleaning 16 Balls" that I ordered via the Vine program.Until recently I've taken my pool balls to the store where I purchased my table for periodic cleaning, however, each time, they have done less and less of a good job. I purchased this unit after researching various options since it seemed to have the right features at an acceptable price point. The machine arrived well packaged and undamaged. Included in the box was the power cord, a wire brush, a larger nylon bristle brush, two microfiber towels, a wrench and two extra fuses. There was a single sheet of paper with basic operation instructions but no troubleshooting info, no info on maintenance or what the wrench was for, and most importantly no warranty info or contact info in case of problems or needing to get more cleaning pads. So, here's hoping this thing doesn't give me trouble any time soon.I was fairly familiar with how these things work, so I loaded up my pool balls, added a dollop of Aramith Pool Ball Cleaner to each ball and started it up. It ran for about a minute or so and then slowed and stopped. It sat for about 30 seconds and then started back up in the other direction. My pool balls were moderately dirty to start but a single run in the cleaner got them looking like new except for the cue ball which still had some impact chalk marks. I then used the microfiber towels and some cleaner to get rid of the stubborn spots. I think that now that they're looking new, a quick run each time I'm done with the table will maintain them well with the occasional manual touch up on stubborn marks.I'm still experimenting with what cleaner and how much to use as the first couple of runs gunked up the rings in the ball separator. Luckily the felt rings are supposedly washable. I'm a bit disappointed that the lower wool disc isn't washable and should have water used on it. I'll have to figure out some other method of cleaning it. Ultimately the rings and disc will need to be replaced, but there is no information on how to order replacements or how to contact the manufacturer, so I may have to source something on my own.All in all, I'm happy with the performance of the machine, but am worried about its longevity and the complete lack of documentation, branding or any way to seek service down the road. I would have also liked information on how to get replacement pads and rings for the machine as these will only last so long before they're fully gunked up and worn out.I can recommend this machine as it's definitely at the right price point but know what you're getting into. You're on your own with this one.

The pool ball cleaner arrived on time and everything was in good condition. I had already ordered the soap so that I would have it on time. The machine is easy enough to use. I feel it is expensive, but besides just washing the balls it also polishes them. To me the polishing part makes the price worth it.
