We set up the heat pump with our above-ground 13'6" x 6'7" x 48" Bestway pool (approximately 2100 gal); very straight forward installation. We ran it overnight and woke up to an error code on the equpiment. I emailed customer service with our issue and immediately received a response with very helpful information and assistance. We quickly realized the error was due to our misunderstanding of how to run the heat pump with our pump filter. If anyone has any experience communicating with major brand name appliance customer service, you know the hoops you need to jump through to get a hold of a human being only to receive useless info and help. It was very reassuring to receive assistance in such a timely manner. Since then, we've ran the heat pump with zero hiccups. Our water has consistently stayed above 80°F even into the evenings at ambient temperatures into the 60s. Excellent product and would highly recommend.

Is this company even still in business? I could not reach them for support and their product does not perform anywhere near the advertised heating capacity. Freezes up at 50 degrees and cannot heat my tiny 800 gal pool to more than 20 above ambient at temps below 70. Will return.

I thought this heat pump to heat my 12 ft round swimways pool that's about waist deep and it's doing a great job however there's a lot of error codes and I constantly have to turn it off and back on to restart it with the pool pump I'm going to be calling customer service or watching videos to understand because I'm not an electrician and the instructions that came with it with error codes are to be read by an electrician my husband had no problem hooking it up to our Intex filter we live in Michigan and the waters usually too cold for me to use and it has worked like a charm to heat my pool and it doesn't take very long

Does not heat the water higher than 75 degrees. Our pool is 1500 gallons and this thing ran non stop and couldn't bring the water temp up. We even had solar covers on it when not in use. The topper is that we just wanted to exchange it for a larger heater and we had to wait a month after returning it to get a refund to buy a new one! What a scam!!! The joke of online shopping!

This unit is a joke. It's been working for more than 6 hours and don't raise a grade of temperature

Does not have a 1800 number to call. Instructions are too vague. Unit has been running for close to a week temp shows 69 degrees. We live in NJ temp past week has been in mid to high 70s.
