I just rebuilt my MasterTemp 400 this winter. I replaced all the sensors while I had it apart. These work as they should. My heater has fired up, and everything works. These are more reasonably priced than OEM. They were very easy to install.

This is such a great value and fairly straightforward to replace the parts on our heater. The parts are labeled with numbers that help you distinguish which is which because some of the parts do look very similar. It worked great and seemed high quality.

Buying this kit is much more cost-effective than purchasing individual parts! My Pentair Max E Therm heater had been throwing frequent error codes, and the repair quote was too high. So, I decided to replace the sensors myself. Installation took less than 20 minutes, and now the heater runs smoothly. Definitely worth the purchase!

The sensors can be easily replaced with basic tools and some Teflon tape (not included). Most parts are clearly identifiable, so labeling isn’t an issue. Unlike some reviews have mentioned, the AGS sensor (42002-0025S) and High Limit sensor (42001-0063S) can be distinguished—the AGS sensor has different markings on its shape and connector compared to the High Limit sensor. Just pay attention to these details, and installation is straightforward.
