This is so convenient and works great! It displays the current water temp, the high and low temps of the day, and resets every midnight. Also gives indoor house temp and humidity.

Worked great for less than a month. Then, the thermometer in pool lost display, but the piece inside still worked. Within a week the piece inside stopped displaying temp. Did all troubleshooting offered in ridiculously confusing manual and none worked. Complete waste of money.

We have a SaluSpa hot tub that we use year-round. So during the winter months, it is important to monitor the water temperature in the hot tub to ensure it is maintaining a sufficient water temperature. Many units (like our unit) will turn off after a brief power outage and not reset the circulation pump and water heater. Without an easy and clear way to monitor the water temperature, the water in the unit could freeze, damaging or destroying it. We got the NEWENTOR LIFE Floating Hot Tub Thermometer with Wireless Remote. It was easy to set up and link the remote to the floating sensor. However, after a couple of weeks we noticed condensation on the inside of the floating sensor's display. We were very careful in assembling the floating sensor to securely tighten the top retaining ring, but apparently, it is not perfectly watertight. We imagine that over time even a small amount of infiltrated water will likely impact the operation of the remote sensor.
