Ciweisah Waterproof Dry Bag (20L) ReviewDon't let the printed label on the bags fool you. These are just ordinary dry bags that can be put to use anytime you need water protection for your gear. No pool needed!I take several horse pack trips each Summer & Fall and need to ensure that some of my gear and provisions are absolutely protected from moisture. So I put my sleeping bag, clothing, grain and my own food in these dry bags. What I like about them is that—unlike some other variations on the market—these 500D PVC mesh material bags are pretty heavy-duty and are very abrasion-resistant. I tried a competitor's light weight version made from thin coated nylon material and wore a hole through the bag on the very first use from the jostling that happens to my gear inside my pannier boxes. These Ciweisah Waterproof Dry Bags—while they weigh much more—will be far less prone to that happening. The 20 liter size (about 5 gallons) is a good medium-large sized bag suitable for holding about two-thirds of my dried foods for a 5-day outing (I break my food into breakfast, lunch, and dinner bags), or some horse grain (packaged in small, daily amounts), or my insulated fall jacket, or my basecamp sleeping bag, or all my extra clothes. It would also protect quite a few smaller items like electronics, TP, maps, inflatable sleeping pads, etc. This 20 liter size is good for longer trips, more items, or bulkier gear than the 10 liter size.If you are a mule packer and are carrying goods to basecamp, one of these bags would carry about 1/4 of a bag of grain.FYI I did find that the included strap was very unfriendly to get on and off. The plastic snap buckle not only rotates while you are handling it, but the spring portion of it is very stiff and the mouth of the strap is very narrow. This will not affect my use as I will be leaving them off, but should you have need to clip the strap on and off on a regular basis you may become frustrated by this. You get two of these bags plus two carrying straps. Given the price, these are a good value considering that they will protect your valuable gear from water, even in drenching conditions. My star rating only reflects that I have not taken them in the field yet to ensure the reliability and durability of the bags. In all other respects (save for the straps), these are good dry bags.

Ciweisah Waterproof Dry Bag for Boating,Camping,Travel, Swimming, Hiking, KayakingI wasn't sure if the image matched the actual product---it does. These bags DO have "Pool Weight Bag" printed right on them, in unmistakable white lettering.Don't let that worry you though, they are quite effective as a dry bag. Typical construction and materials for basic dry bags, which means a slight stiff material, but definitely waterproof. Like a rubberized canvas.I opted for the 20 Liter sizes, and got two bags, listed for $12.99. Pretty solid good deal for TWO bags.20 Liters is a convenient size to hold lots of things, including a typical sleeping bag. So, if your stuff needs to stay dry, this isn't a bad choice at all.

The 20-liter size is great for storing larger items or multiple items. I'm a bass fisherman and I use this size for rain gear or foul weather gear. Good overall size and is completely waterproof. The construction is solid, and all seams are fused to insure they will not fail. Would purchase these again.
