I am pleasantly surprised and the quality of this cleat! Perfect for my sailboat when I need to tie up to a dock, but out of the way when I do t need it. It’s very well made.

I do a lot of boating in the ocean and salt water can really oxidize your boat parts. I received this retractable cleat to replace my old rusted out cleat. I wanted the option to have it retractable so folks don't trip on it like they did my old cleat. It retracts easily enough and the product came with all the pieces in the description (rubber gasket, nuts, lock washers and washers). Product works as expected. 5 out of 5 stars.

I like this pop up cleat, stainless steel, nicely polished, and tucks down when not in use. I'm using it on the rear of my boat and pop it up when I want to temporarily tie my dinghy, or kayaks to it.Super convenient and it down't snag my clothes or me when its not in use.

This retractible boat cleat is very well made and the retract mechanism will keep you from tripping on it when you are not using it. I expect to enjoy using this for years to come
