I was very happy with it after initial install, but after only 11 weeks of use, the lighting feature completely stopped working. Not worth the price or worth what i paid to have it put in. Wont be recommending this one...sorry guys

Purchased this item in November 2024. Was under construction at the time and did not get the unit installed until February 2025. After installation, the display feature did not work on the unit. I knew it was past warranty but I emailed the supplier anyway. They were very understanding, knew right away what the issue was and within a week they sent me a new part for the unit. I installed it same day and now it works awesome. This product and supplier are highly recommended by me.Thank you.

This shower panel has some amazing features, but my experience with it has been a bit of a rollercoaster. When it works, it’s fantastic. The rainfall showerhead delivers incredible water pressure that feels like a spa experience. The mist mode is super relaxing, and the blue LED light added (till it lasted) a nice calming vibe. It’s also a great addition for kids—my little ones actually look forward to bath time now.The design of the panel is sleek and modern, and it looks stunning in my bathroom. I also appreciate the eco-friendly design, with all the LED lights and the temperature display powered by water flow—no batteries required. The stainless steel construction seems durable, and the materials feel premium.However, the panel isn’t without its flaws. The LED lights stopped working after just a month, which is frustrating for something so new. It was a big effort to install this and I even had to adjust my plumbing to make it fit, so taking it down to troubleshoot isn’t an easy option.Another issue is the body sprays. They’re positioned too high for me to use comfortably, so they end up spraying my face, which isn’t enjoyable. Unfortunately, it’s too late to lower the unit now. The temperature relay also never worked from the beginning, which was disappointing.Despite these setbacks, I still enjoy the rainfall feature and the overall aesthetics of the panel. It’s not perfect, but when it’s working, it’s a luxurious upgrade to my shower. Just be prepared for potential hiccups with the electronics and make sure the height is right during installation!

We were replacing a shower panel that was 10 years old, beat up and partially broken. It served us well enough and was still working. It was also purchased on Amazon. We knew what we didn't like in that product, so with that in mind, we bought this one. We wanted a more intuitive experience with a product that had cleaner lines and less useless functions. This product mostly hits the mark. It is quite beautiful to look at and solidly made, plus not too long - many of them are ginormous - this one is just more subtle and practical. The electronics are a nice bonus and add a touch of ambient light to the shower. The led panel shows you water temp and length of time the shower is on. The water jets are fun. Don't care much for the rain shower feature, but the regular shower is great. Waterfall feature is for the bottom spout only and should be handy for washing feet or filling buckets. Only two tiny gripes - the handheld shower is awkward and odd in design, and the knob that controls the temp is also the on/off knob. Both are minor and not important to me as I don't use the hand held anyways, and you get used to the on/off knob. It would suggest the manufactured labeled the knobs to make them easier to navigate. Good water pressure. Overall I would recommend this product after using it for 2 weeks. We had a plumber install it and he did it in 30-45 mins, which includes removing the old one too.
