This is an elegant sake set that does the job nicely. Standard size, well made, with beautiful wave motif decoration on both bottle and cups, the look is classic Japanese ceramic. The bottle is grooved for more secure grip, and the spout is well designed; pours well, no drips. Great "bang for buck" set.

it's a beautiful set. It looks delicate, though the pieces themselves seemed sturdy. It poured cleanly and clearly, and was perfect for serving. When we entertain or just the two of us this set adds to the experience. MANY compliments from our guests.

These are very nice and very nicely made! The came packaged very well so as not to break and are also well presented so as to make a great gift if you wanted too! They are on the smaller side, both the cups and the vase but still very much usable. The colors are very fitting - natural. The vase has 2 indentations to help hold it while pouring. I wish they were just both a bit bigger, other than that, I do recommend.

This is PRETTY! I'm madly in love with this little sake set. It's beautifully made with a small carafe and four tiny cups. The glaze is lovely and it's clearly of quality workmanship. Accompanied by a bottle of good sake, this would be a perfect gift for the sake or Japanese culture lover in your life.I know that this is probably sacrilege, but I'm presently using the carafe as a vase and the pretty little cups as "stuff" holders in my bathroom. (They work so perfectly as a vase & doo-dad holder... I may need to buy another to use for sake.)

I feel bad for not posting a photo (will update later), but I just wanted to make sure to leave a review as soon as possible, because this sake set is absolutely STUNNING! It is so beautiful, it is sure to elevate your dinners or meetings, for sure. The ceramic is more textured than I expected, but in a good way. I would have never guessed these to be dishwasher safe. I will probably wash by hand just to be sure, and to keep the ceramic in top shape. If there's anything negative to say, it would be that the sake jar seems a little small for 4 servings. It seems more appropriate for 2 people, unless you're only planning to have literally one shot of sake. Anyway, the product looks exactly as pictured. Highly recommended!

This dishwasher- and microwave-safe Japanese sake set includes a bottle and four cups. I was particularly impressed by its packaging, ensuring the pieces would arrive undamaged. It's nicely glazed and can be used to serve sake either hot or cold. While priced at the high end of similar sets, the pattern is lovely. Although my kitchen cabinets don't have a safe place to store the set, it'll look great in my china hutch.

I found this sake set—and myself—here searching for mugs/cups for Moka coffee that actually fit my style.Problem was, I did not have the right cups. Moka cups either looked like tiny espresso cups, which did not quite do it for me aesthetically, or just were not what I was looking for. While checking out alternatives, I stumbled upon this sake set and decided to give it a shot. It works perfectly as an alternative for me. The cup sizes are just right for Moka, and when I want to share with friends, I just pour it into the bottle and close it. I also like that it is ceramic and microwave-safe.Maybe not its original purpose, but it looks great and does exactly what I needed: gives me a good-looking cup to serve my drink.
