Believe it or not, When I experience hot flashes and wake up from my sleep, I turn it on and it cools me immediately. I purchased a new one recently. I have been using this one for about four years. It was time to buy a new one. Love this product

Doesn't have much power and doesn't get very cold. You have to have it super close to feel it. My small $15 fan from Walmart works better.Its also loud and makes an obnoxious noise.

It does its job. Have it in a 12x12 room and it keeps it cool in a comfortable temperature. It is louder then another one I previously had that went bad. I do love that you don't need to add water and there's no water leaking.
