So this is a small desk fan much like the others you see for sale. It is a little quieter than the others I have tried and puts out about the same amount of air. Bonus feature here to me is theme fact that is black and not some other stand out color that would clash with my office. It takes ice and water to make a small swamp cooler and personally I have taken to adding a little essential oil to it.
