We have had this closet for almost 2 years. My dogs decided they needed something inside it and ripped the cover completely apart. I reached out inquiring about a replacement cover and the company shipped me a brand new one to replace it!! Fantastic costumer service!!!

I moved to a new apartment with no bedroom closets or storage so I bought this and put it together right away and put my clothes in it. It was leaning forward and fell over so that was a big headache to deal with. Then I used gorilla glue and put it together again, let it dry for the full 24 hours. I had to make sure that the pieces didn't keep sliding out because of the glue so I had to hold them in and put a heavy box on top to hold them down. After a while I could let go and they stayed together. I wanted to make sure the glue didn't dry with the rods being wrong because that would have been another problem. After the 24 hours, I used black 5" or 6" zip ties and sticky anchoring things and cut little slits on the top three rows and lined them up. I also put some plastic shelves under them and anchored those with longer zip ties and then lined up the closet to fit properly on top so the feet were hanging off of the shelves and once I got them perfect, I took off the paper from the adhesive, put gorilla glue on the adhesive, and stuck the closet to the wall and pressed the anchors to make sure they were secure and it was very strong so I put my clothes in. Please use glue and save yourself the headache. I'm renting so I don't want to nail the wall or damage anything. I hope this helps.

If you thought IKEA furniture was hard to put together wait till you try to put this wardrobe together it takes time but it’s a great little wardrobe holes all my cycling gear. The dust cover in the front is wonderful keeps excess of dust from going on my clothes. It’s a nice product.

I got this for my son for his clothes as his closet isn't big enough. I "helped" him put it together (by handing him each piece) & it was a little challenging at first to get the poles in the right position. After figuring out exactly how each piece was to be put in place it was a breeze to finish up. Works perfectly for him & actually bought a 2nd one for him.

I bought 3 different styles and brands of portable closets to meet my needs. This one is by far the one that took me the longest to set up because parts are not labeled in separate bags as other brands. The cover is badly sewn and the threads came undone as I pulled it over the structure. Also, there is a rip on one side. When I finally zipped it up, the Zipper malfunctioned and now I can't get it to open. In order for me to get a refund, I have to take it apart and pack it again. I tried contacting the manufacturer as Amazon suggested and got a warning the website was not safe. I did not listen to the warning and clicked anyway and the website does not exist.Save your money, time and effort. Go with a different brand.

I was only a little surprised that the tube size seemed smaller than others, but I was pleased with how easy this one goes together. I got the gray one. There were even a few spare parts included. The only error I saw was in the instructions on step 7. It says to repeat step 3 which is wrong. Step 7 goes together similar to step 3 but notice the parts are different. Pay close attention! Other than that I had no problems and I am very happy with this product. Please don't be swayed by the bad reviews. This brand seems to pay attention to quality, good engineering and sturdiness, despite being made in China. I also think that you get a lot for your money with this one, because some do not even have these features. I would definitely buy this one again, or another one from this brand. Thanks

I ordered this Beacuse I had too many clothes and no space and this turned out to be the perfect thing. Takes around 2 hours to assemble but really good at holding clothes and can hold many of them.

The assembly instructions were easy to follow. It took about an hour to put it together. You will need a hammer. It's a bit flimsy but that's expected for a portable wardrobe. It has a good storage capacity. It took in about 10 tops, 5 dresses, 5 pants on hangers and about 10 other folded items. All in all good value for money.
