From the day i opened the box and tried it, the buttons don't work like supposed to, cant use hot water or it faults out from overheating, sprayer sits too close to bottom rack, catches bottom of the platesTerrible design 👎

It's convenient and price is good but honestly don't know what parts to get now that I figure I need it. Would be great if there are suggested products so we know what to go off of

Got this for my birthday because my apartment doesnt have a dishwasher, it came in the mail warped, and leaked from where the hose connected to the machine no matter what I did.

This was thethird one of these that I bought; the first one was DOA, the second one lasted 2 weeks before it quit, with this one, the spray arm doesn't rotate during the wash cycle. It's just not worth the effort and hassle of boxing it up and sending it back! Spend a few bucks more, and buy one of better. You'll thank me later.

I live in apartment and when I saw this I thought it would be a great addition to the kitchen because I don't have a dishwasher. Definitely regret getting this because this thing leaks like crazy despite how much Teflon tape I use and how tight I screw things it's still manages to leak everywhere. It also does a very poor job at cleaning things it's as comparable to spritzing water onto your dishes. I tried all cleaning cycles and none of them got any of my dishes clean. Definitely save your money and either invest in a higher quality one or cleaner dishes by hand because this is definitely not worth it.
