Not powerful enough to clean anything other than socks

It can discolored but I tried it anyway it successfully washed one thing then wouldn't turn on again it sounds like it has water in it. had to return it.

I stuck this merchandise on the bottom of a pail. I put in 2 pair of socks, plugged the washer wheel in and it hardly had any strengths to agitate the socks. It keeps the water inside and when the water that is stuck in the cylinder drips out, it's yellow. Not a good product.
