These pop-up defenders are lightweight but surprisingly durable. They spring into shape fast, fold down flat, and include a bag for simple transport. They held up through outdoor use and gave a great simulation for dribbling drills. I used all three in a triangle formation to train movement, pivoting, and passing under pressure. Assembly is nothing more than unfolding and anchoring the base. A little wind can shift them so I used sandbags for extra weight. A solid tool for basketball footwork training or youth drills.

These are a set of 3 that will be used in football and basketball practices.. They open and pop up. They are lightweight. Seem to be durable. Easy to transport and put away.

These things are great. You need to build a little extra time into your practice for setup and tear down, but for soccer, these beat using cones as players have to actually move around an obstacle (instead of through it).When collapsed, they are pretty compact and relatively light.

The SwishGrid Portable Pop-Up Defenders are extremely easy to setup on the basketball court, soccer or football field. Simply remove them from the storage bags, unclasp the clips, and the defenders immediately pop up to full height. They are lightweight and extremely portable, but they can be made more stationary with the use of the included water bags and/or anchors.This set of three is so helpful during our basketball practices, standing in as defenders that the girls on our teams have to navigate as they work on the drills. Since they shrink down to a relatively small size for storage, we can take them from gym to gym or easily store them with the rest of our equipment.My only complaint is the low quality of the clips used to keep the defenders collapsed for storage. One of my clips came broken, and since they're not heavy duty, I anticipate that more of them will break over time with the strain of holding the spring form together. I may have to replace the clips or find another way to hold them together if more break.
