The tab for setting up the combo wouldn’t push into the B position and finally after 3 people tried it we finally did it but it still felt weird and it was super hard to get the numbers into place so I settled for what combo I had; set it; and then it refused to close. So the boyfriend forced it shut but now it’s just locked and won’t open. Pretty sure it had a defect but I didn’t like it at all

It's a nice safe but is very heavy and will add weight to your luggage when traveling.

No customer service. There’s a note inside saying how much they want to hear from you but no contact number of email. I was unable to get the lock to work properly. Looked for customer service info for days. Never buy a product without customer service

Okay this is the best way to enjoy the pool or the beach and not worry if your personal belonging will be stolen. You can change the password and the orange color makes it is easy to detect from a distance. I went to the water park and was able to enjoy my time while in the water.

Easy to use took it to Portugal on holiday. So we didn’t pay for room safe. Was hard to open due to vacuum of plane ride. Once opened perfect for what we was after. Everything safe while on holiday. Would definitely recommend

Took these on holiday to put documents and passports in, too big to fit in the little safe at the resorts but do fit into most English safes. Would take some serious effort to open without the combination so would consider putting it in a locked suitcase if we didn’t have the safe option. Very sturdy and good quality

the pink is more of a purple color but it’s still cute, and if you’re having trouble opening it for the first time like I was, just pry something in between the seal because it’s like airtight and impossible to open with just your hands

When I first ordered this I broke my own rules by not fully reading the description as I assumed the casing would be largely made of metal, rather than the rigid plastic it is in fact constructed of. I was worried it wouldn’t be very durable but having thrown it on the floor more than once and standing/jumping on it (I’m not light by any stretch of the imagination 😂), it seems to be fairly robust!!I already have a couple of key safes for smaller items but wanted something larger for important documents and a couple of pieces of more important jewellery that I can keep in the house and this looked like it could do the job.Setting my own combination was super easy and the security loop can only be added or removed from inside the case.It all feels well designed and the weakest spot looks to be the hinges - I did tempt fate and jammed a screw driver under one and I think you could break them with relative ease.I can see how it could be handy if you regularly travel, go to the gym etc or like me, just want somewhere with a little added security to put important items or documents.…and the fact that it came in pink? Well, I won’t lie, that did add to the appeal considerably!
