I go in this after my workouts and I love having a sauna at home. It comes with a little bench and it's spacious. It's easy to set up and the instructions are good. Seems durable and solid and the heat comes out great. Definitely recommend.

I got this sauna for my birthday and I am extremely happy with it. I heard of all the benefits of using a sauna so I was more than determined to give it a try. It was delivered in just a few days and the assembly literally took minutes. I had to get another one because my son and and wife loved it that much. I like that it comes with a good quality steamer and chair.

Nice little at home steam sauna! Large enough for 1-2 people to fit comfortably, yet small enough to easily put away and store when not in use. It was super easy to assemble and took less than 20 minutes start to finish. The steamer works great and heats quickly. You start getting a good sweat in almost instantly. Perfect way to relax after work or a long workout. It’s a bit pricey, but I’d definitely recommend!

Super easy to put together with the pvc. Once the pipes are put together you pull the cover starting at the bottom. Then the felt pieces sit on the floor to catch the steam. The chair sits inside. It is easy to zip up and ooen/close the plastic for the windows.The Steamer module sits outside and one plastic tube connects the module to the tent. The 2nd tube connects inside tube to the white steamer.The instructions show how to turn it on and how much water to use with the timer. This is a great idea. I’m considering building a steam sauna function into my bathroom with my upcoming renovation, but wanted to see if I’d actually use it first. For the price of this item it’s an easy test. It’s not something I’d want to keep in my house indefinitely, and as easy as it is to assemble, I don’t see myself setting it up and breaking it down for each use.First, the assembly: If you can assemble a tent, you should have no problem with this. The quality is as good as can be expected from a collapsable kit. It has a plastic frame that slides together and a tent-like outer shell with zippers. No tools required and easy one-person setup. The steam device plugs right into the pass-through port, and the “puck” does the same on the inside. The chair is a bit small, but that’s by design. You could swap it out for a larger chair but it might get a bit cramped inside. I’m an average sized man (5’11”) and I have no problem fitting in it comfortably.Next, the operation: Not much to it. It comes with a remote control, but I don’t see the point, really. You’re going to set the timer and level and spend 20 minutes or so soaking in the steam. Also it’s infrared, so you’d have to stick your hand out to point it at the receiver anyway. Maybe others would find use for it but I don’t see the need.Finally, the experience: Man! This thing kicks out some steam! I added the water, put a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil in the puck, set it on high and walked away for 20 minutes and came back to a crazy hot steaming environment! There’s not much to be improved on that.As for the benefits of steaming, the jury is still out, but I think it’s winning me over thanks to this simple collapsable device. At this price entry point, it’s an easy decision to try it.

This is a nice indoor sauna. The lining is a little thin so you can feel that it’s a little cooler near the walls while you’re inside. Their labeling is a little confusing. It shows inside measurement of 2.95’ (this is not 2’9”). This almost 3’ (2’11”) and that’s just the inside, so the totaled outside unit is over 3’. Takes awhile to steam up and timer counts down when units is on even if there’s no steam. Remote feels a little generic, only three buttons, one for power, one for temp, and one for timer. Overall it works and it’s easy to put together and tear down. I just wished it came with a bag to store.

Good and seals very well, keeps heat and steam inside. Difuser works amazing with menthol to clear the airways to the lungs.Vapotabs work amazing for this.

I absolutely love my Portable Sauna Box! The plug-and-play setup was incredibly easy, and the 3L steamer provides a soothing steam experience. With 9 adjustable levels, I can customize my sessions to perfection. The included remote control is super convenient, allowing me to adjust settings without getting up.
