This sauna is very easy to assemble. The setup was straight forward, it heats up quickly, providing a soothing and effective sweat session right at my home. The infrared heat is gently yet penetrating, and I can feel the tension melting away after just 20-30 minutes. Unlike traditional saunas, this one doesn’t feel overwhelming, and I love that I can adjust the temperature for my own comfort level. Not only it’s helping me relax after work, but I’ve also noticed an improvement in my skin and better sleep. It’s compact enough to store in a closet when not in use, making it perfect for tiny places.

I was a little confused when I opened the box to find that random piece of paper with a ceiling fan paper, but okay. Then, the box that held the power cord for the light was open and the power cord was out of the box, no big deal. Everything works the way it should. But I definitely highly suggest having someone help you put it together. Be very careful with this being fiberglass, got a few shards in my finger, cold water fixed that up. My issue with it is, is it’s SO tight putting it on the frame. I pushed in all I could got everything level and such, but putting the bag on it was damn near impossible by myself. The bottom zipper ended up popping, and no matter how many times I tried to zip it back, it always popped back open. Now, for the actual usage for this product, it’s amazing. The heat level is perfect and amazing. The red light added to it, AMAZING. So many benefits with this sauna! Other than the slight complications during assembly, this thing is really worth it. I’m not so sure for larger people honestly. The steamer sits kinda weird so it’s hard to judge where to actually sit near it. I’m 5’9 180 lbs and fairly small in weight, and it still was awkward for me to get in and out and sit comfortably with the steamer. None the less, it really is a good product.

This portable infrared steam sauna with red light therapy works surprisingly well for home use. It heats up quickly and the steam feels very soothing after a long day. The included chair is basic but does the job. The red light feature is a nice bonus, though I’m not sure how much benefit it adds yet. Overall, it’s easy to set up, folds away nicely, and gives a spa-like experience without leaving the house.

I absolutely love this at home sauna! It is perfect for my needs, and something I had considered for a while. After checking out many options, I finally decided on this one. I love that it includes red light therapy, and is spacious enough that my husband and I can enjoy it together. It is well made, sturdy, easy to clean, and heats up quickly. It was easy to put together, it took us about 15 minutes tops to build. I have used it twice, for 30 minutes each time, solo and with my husband. The chairs are comfortable, despite looking a bit small and held our weight with no issues. The zipper works well from the outside and inside. The humidifiers took about 10 minutes to heat up on the first use. One issue I had was running both humidifiers flipped my breaker. But even with just one going, I started sweating immediately and was drenched in sweat by the time I got out. It was very exfoliating and my skin felt softer the next day. We also both felt very refreshed and relaxed after using it.Saunas aren’t just great for relaxation and your skin, they also provide many health benefits that are important to me. Regular use can aid in stress reduction, reduce anxiety, promote sleep, and help with muscle recovery and pain management. Sweating helps to detox your body by eliminating toxins and impurities. It has been shown to lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation, reduce inflammation and improve respiratory health. Red light therapy has many of the same benefits, so it is a great addition. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely use it regularly!

When my wife and I first received this sauna, we were genuinely excited. It was easy to set up, looked great, and gave us a relaxing experience for the first few weeks. For the price, it felt like a great deal. Unfortunately, after just two months of daily use (roughly 20–30 minutes twice a day), the flaws started to become clear—and in some cases, dangerous. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the issues we experienced:Structural Problems:Rod Durability: The metal support rods started to rust within weeks, especially around areas exposed to moisture and steam. On top of that, several rods began to bend under the weight of the tent over time, making the frame feel unstable and saggy.Tent Fabric: The tent material began to stretch and sag, particularly around the roof area. It lost tension and made it harder to keep heat in. Zippers also started sticking and felt less durable with repeated use.Steamer Issues:Cracked Lid: One of the steamer lids cracked due to the heat, which compromised its ability to build and hold pressure properly.Burned Wiring: One of the steamers suddenly started to emit smoke. I disassembled it to investigate and discovered that a wire inside had burned completely through. This could’ve easily started a fire. I managed to repair it myself by soldering a new wire, but this should never happen in a properly manufactured product. Huge safety red flag.Red Light Functionality:The built-in red light panel appears to be purely cosmetic. It emits a soft glow, but it produces no noticeable heat or therapeutic benefits. It doesn’t even get warm. It may look nice, but don’t expect any actual red light therapy benefits from it.Overall Safety & Value:At this point, I no longer feel safe recommending this sauna to anyone. The combination of electrical failure, weak construction, and underperforming features makes it a poor long-term investment, even if the initial experience feels pleasant.Final Recommendation:If you’re considering this product for regular use, look elsewhere. I strongly recommend putting together a DIY sauna setup using a 4x4 grow tent and three inexpensive 1000W deep fryers. That combination generates better, more consistent heat, has fewer failure points, and can actually be safer when set up properly. This product had promise, but it simply doesn’t hold up under consistent use—and some of the issues could be outright dangerous.
