Very disappointing. The closure for the water doesn’t work. It spits and pours water at the same time. I chose this over the less expensive one I had. I do not recommend.

I decided to finally grab one of these steamers. I had an old one that was all plastic and spit water out the front holes mixed with steam, wasn't very functional. But this thing is quite an upgrade from that! Beautiful color, touch screen with lots of options. I like that I can use as an iron. I have one of those, but works about as well as the old steamer. This is perfect for my household, as I don't steam or iron clothes except special occasions. I can ditch both old products and replace with this only! Has a stand and the head turns sideways. I used to steam a set of curtains that still had the fold marks from packaging and it worked great. For under $20, I am extremely impressed and would purchase again!
