I ordered the one with emergency key to.have alternative option , if the lock doesnot work ! Just right a way on receiving , emergency key doesnot work !!!!Any customer service agent to support , i may change the rating .

If you have or know someone who can’t remember a combination, or loses their keys, this lock is for you! It has fingerprint recognition, and a emergency key/admin fingerprint to open this bad boy!!!! Performance is great, my child loves it, it saves time between classes at school. It’s easy to program & use, the versatility of this lock knows no bounds. Excellent for keeping items safe and taking the worry out for kiddos & adults alike!

Excellent lock, works really well even with the fingers a bit wet after practice. Got 4 or those and registered all my family on all (it can hold up to 50 fingers in memory!). No more different combinations to memorize and everyone can unlock all making is convenient for us.

Wow.... For the fun of it, I wanted to buy this just to check it out. I might end up wearing it as a necklace cause of its uniqueness and have people guessing hahaha. Love the look, love the style and how sharp and futuristic it look and so easy to program. I only wish there were more colors. The user guide and user video available on the Amazon product description was very easy to follow when it comes to programming the finger prints. I love it

I thought this was the coolest lock, but that was proven wrong. It will not work in the rain. It takes a long time to open the lock, if it’s cold. And it does not tell you when you need to recharge the battery, like it describes. Now I use it at the gym, and today, it took almost 5 minutes to unlock, and it was charged last week. For the money, ridiculous and useless product. Worked well for a little while though. We almost had to cut it off, with a bolt cutter while on our gate. It would not open one morning, and the battery went dead. It may look and work cool, but it’s not cool!!!

Have had some issues with lock recognizing print. Figured out that adding a "new" print with the same finger eliminated this problem. Once I got the 3 fingers that I wanted to use added twice on each, lock works pretty well. Takes about a half second to unlock and it does it on first try about 90% of the time
