i bought this not knowing if there would be a battery or not. The listing was vague, stating 'USB charging' or the manual labeling the USB Type-C port as the charging port, but there IS NO BATTERY. not that I wanted one, actually id rather keep it on USB and call it a day, but the vagueness of the listing could be corrected.Otherwise, the dispenser works as advertised. the tubing was a bit crap, but a good cleaning took care of it. it was very kinked, but sorted itself out.

This thing is amazing. I have it next to my bed and use it for my water glass on my night stand. Super easy to set up and operate. Saves that trip to the kitchen or bathroom. It is pretty ingenious and so convenient

Este producto no tiene batería interna , por tanto requiere tenerlo conectado todo el tiempo. No es práctico porque no en todos lados hay un punto de carga cerca. Por 4 US más podría haber comprado el de batería , pero la información de la publicación no fue clara informando que este modelo en particular no tenía batería y cometí el error de comprar este modelo. El vendedor confunde al cliente y saca provecho de eso. No volvería a comprarlo solo por eso. Si no le molesta te ner que mantener conectado el equipo siempre a la corriente, adelante , comprélo. De lo contrario busque otra opción

Pros:- very easy to use- simple buttons/options- pump works fine and is reasonably quiet- power cord and water tube are not very far apart, making it fairly easy toCons:- the dispenser head is a fixed height (this isn't a huge con, but you can't use a cup much taller than about 6")- it claims to be "fast", but it's slower than any other I've usedAs far as speed, as mentioned, it is slower than other pumps I've used. However, I don't want to drop it too much for that, because I believe that's the reason it's fairly quiet (since it's not trying to be a fire hose). Overall, these cons are not major at all - they just affect how you can use it and what to expect rather than making it unusable or something. All in all, I'm quite happy with it.

This counter pump works great. It is rechargeable using a USB cord which is included. I replaced the old bottle top pump with this so I could hide the 3 gallon bottle under the sink where it would be out of the way. I luv it.

This image is not particularly different than the others in the same class on Amazon. I just happen to like that this one has been working flawlessly, unlike my other unit, which broke after a much shorter period of time than this one has lasted.Five stars for being the last man standing.
