I have had tight calves for as long as I can remember. I tend to walk barefoot most of the time, and I often "tip toe walk" just meaning I'm up on the balls of my feet a lot, and my heels don't hit the ground as often. As a result, my calf muscles are tight which can make walking longer distances challenging. This board has been such a lifesaver. Even on day one I can feel a difference in getting the muscles to really stretch. The board has multiple degrees of incline - start with the lowest setting. It's still plenty of stretch and you can work up to the higher settings if you want to.Board is well made and easy to use.

This calf stretching board has a very simple design with no assembly required. It's lightweight enough to be portable, but is well built enough to support your weight while in use. I do wish the angle settings started at 10 or 15 instead of 20, but the provided options are still a decent range and it's straightforward to adjust the height. Very easy to fold away and store when not in use. For the price, I might like to see slightly better finishing on the wood.

I ride horses and I wanted to try this to see if it would help stretch my calves to keep my heels down. It is very sturdy; however, I find it gets very steep quickly and I am not sure if anyone could really get to the last couple of levels (I could not use those levels to try it to see if it still felt sturdy). I feel like it needs lower levels. The first two levels are great to use and I can feel it working on my calves. It feels well built, made of press-wood and it has non-slip pads where your feet go, that work well. It is small and easy to store as it folds up flat and does not take up much space

The quality is ok. The board is sturdy, but I'd recommend some support getting on and off if your balance is not good. It stays in place fine on low-pile carpet, but I think I would want an anti-slip mat under it if I put it on hard floors. I really like how compact it is and that it folds up.I don't like the unfinished wood because I am concerned that someone will get a splinter grabbing it. I will sand it down and probably add some tape around the handle. At its lowest setting (20 degrees), it will still be too high for certain people.(My shoes are women's size 6 (US), for comparison)

Work great for calf stretches. Got this to use after surgery on my feet. Only thing is that I wish it had a lower setting than what it does.

I’ve been using this slant board regularly and it’s held up really well. The construction feels solid and doesn’t wobble at all, even when I’m standing on it for a long stretch. I like having multiple angle options so I can adjust based on how tight my calves feel that day. The textured surface where your feet go has excellent grip, which makes me feel secure while stretching. It folds down easily when I’m done and doesn’t take up much room, which is great since I don’t have a lot of space. The size works well for both barefoot and shoes, and I’ve noticed less tightness in my lower legs since I started using it. Overall, it’s been a reliable part of my routine.

The Aleaflovac Portable Wooden Slant Board is very useful when stretching your calves and legs. The board that I received looked even more impressive in person than the product photos shown on Amazon. The board is well made and sturdy. It is thoughtfully designed from its built-in handles to its no slip circle pads placed on the corners of the base of the board. The board has five built in notches so that you can select the slant that works best for you. The five angles include 20, 30, 35, 40, and 45 degrees. The top of the board features two large panels of non-slip grip material ensuring a secure stance when using. I could easily fit my size 9 feet on the board without fear with plenty of room to spare. The manufacturer stated that it can withstand 300 pounds. It met its advertised dimensions of 11.8" L x 15.75" H x 1.45" W making it easy to store and place under a couch or desk. It has been really helpful for both warm up and cool down exercises as well as when dealing with calf muscle strain and hip bursitis. The manufacturer stated that it can also help when dealing with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. It is placed in a plain cardboard box from the manufacturer making this immediately gift ready. It is Made in China. Overall, I have been using this board regularly and found it to be really useful.

This is a great device to provide assistance reaching a much deeper stretch into the calves and ankles. I used a device like it when going to physical therapy and it is great having that same type of stretch at home. It has a nice, small profile when folded down to easily fit under a piece of furniture or bed when not in use. It is a very simply type of device to use and there are plenty of exercises and stretching movements to use this with, many can be found with a simple search online. It is a very fair price and feels quite sturdy and durable. It has been used by a variety of users in my home with varying body weights and it is holding up perfectly fine for everyone's use.
