This is a fairly nice calf stretcher but it's not perfect. The good :Traction on topRubber non slip feet on bottomFolds flat for easy storageWood material and metal hinges feels solidThe angle adjustments are good for me and my calves. The cons :Some sharp/unfinished edgesNothing to hold it closed when folded (it can accidentally swing open when carrying it around).I'm glad to have this in my home gym, just a couple things could be better but they're not deal breakers.

There isn’t anything fancy about this but it works and stores very well. It is portable and closes flat to make it easy to carry. It is stable and sturdy and is easy to use with good grip tape to keep you right where you step. It is easily adjustable to whatever angle you need and has enough of a range to progress with your stretching. Easy to do for about anyone. It can be further finished because it is basic wood setup. This is a good buy!

Works just as well as the more expensive ones! Good quality and great price!

I use this calf stretching board under my desk on the lowest slant setting. It works well as a foot rest as well. The wood is good quality and sturdy and it smells like fresh clean wood. The grip tape is good quality as well and has great grip. The bottom has large rubber feet that keep this from slipping at all. The slant is very aggressive for if you want to get a really deep calf stretch. The hinges were screwed in a little sloppy and not quite all the way. They do have some creaking and give, but they seem to work fine and they don't creak while it is set upright. Overall I find this useful for various calf stretches as well as an under desk foot rest.

This is a very useful piece of equipment. The design and built quality are great. The four angles offer a more than enough room to progress from, as even the lowest one offers a decent stretch, at least for me!The nonslip surfacing works well at grabbing bare feet without being harsh about it.About the only thing I think I'll do is add some type of finish to the wood. It's not necessary perhaps, and more just my preference.Exercise equipment can get pricey very easily and this one isn't bargain basement. However, it is completely worth the price I think. I'll be using mine regularly for sure.

So I have ankle replacements and I need to stretch as often as possible and as easily as possible and while without baring weight is helpful too. Was hoping that this board could ad value to my routine but unfortunately it does not work for me…. Maybe for some more bendable and easily mobile people out there, but for me even the lowest set incline is too abrupt an angle to begin my stretches. Also, I feel that people who are more physically capable would not choose this product to incorporate into their fitness and stretching routines, so, I award 2 stars as it does not work for me BUT I think a certain percentage of people could find benefit from utilizing it.

This is great. It has three different angles to choose from. Folds easily and has a handle to carry it around.Great grip on the foot section (I've been using it with socks), and there's sufficient grip on the bottom such that it doesn't slide across the floor when using it (which would otherwise be super annoying). No complaints here. No instructions/manual included, but none is really necessary.

I have always had tight calves. I built my own calf stretching out of two pieces of wood at a 20 degree angle. The annoying thing with that is that is always up and in the way. I love that this folds out of the way. I honestly can't see using the higher angles. I guess they are just for stretching because you can stand on it when it's at it's highest angle. There's no instructions so I don't really know what I should do with it at those angles. How hard is it to include some instructions?
