I've been very happy with all of my Porter Cable 20v tools...except this saw. I've had two and both burned out within a couple of months of owning them, this most recent, the second time I used it. I use my corded DeWalt for anything big and thought I could use this saw for light, occasional cuts. All the other Porter Cable 20v tools are tough and useful.

My first cordless circular saw. I stuck with Porter Cable to sync with my other Porter Cable tools. So far so good. It works well -- enough power for my jobs.

Have many PC 20v tools, except for this smaller saw. Had to have it, since I already have 4 batteries and 2 chargers. Handy for cutting without the dang extension cords!

Saw works great. This is my second porta gable saw. I wore the first one out. My go to saw when I want portability. Pretty basic but cuts awesome.

I titled this great for homeowners because I have not used it for an on the job tool. I find it to be amazingly good for any job requiring a cut of less than 4”s. Battery’s stand charged even ripping 4’x8’ sheets of 3/4” plywood and cutting 4”x4” fence posts.

La sierra fue enviada en una caja que parece reciclada, sin ilustraciones y solo traía una bolsa maltratada para protegerla, dude si la sierra era usada ya que todas mis herramientas Porter Cable me había llegado en su caja original, ésta compra me decepcionó. Después, al revisarla, noté que la zapata me mueve demasiado, dando como resultado un corte impreciso, de las 6 herramientas PC que he comprado esta ha sido la única decepcionante.

Used this to cut off a pantry door at the bottom to clear the throw rugs. Nice clean cut without chipping. Very thin kerf from blade. Works with the 20v Porter Cable batteries with plenty of power. Should be a valuable addition at the hunting property without needing to fire up the portable generator.

This saw has performed as I expected. I cut some oak from a barn that is being torn down near me. The barn is at least 75 years old.The oak is about 1 1/2" thick. When I tried to force the cut the saw would stop. When I cut the way I should letting the blade do the work it worked ok. Mostly I will be using the saw to cut plywood and on occasion one by lumber.The construction is very good and will be a good addition to other Porter Cable 20v tools. The instructions sent with it are not the best, but ok .
