I bought this for a new business that was opening and after being very sick and finally opening the business we opened the box and tried to set it up and the instructions were not in English I attempted to get help and got no response I attempted to return but it missed the return. Even though it was new unopened in the box.

Manual NOT user friendly. Was able to program date, time and tax other then that the manual useless and no info online available except where to buy one, no YouTube either. Been business owner 20 years never had this issue any other brand

Got a cash register for my jewelry store, this cash register is a headache the book gives you cliff note version of a machine that's capable of doing so many functions, it doesn't break down into detail what each little file holds and is about, once you get past the point of frustration and manage to get it somewhat program you then get stuck with it rounding up, that yeah it's another nightmare I am still trying to figure out, when you're in program mode you have about 20 different categories which each category having about 20 different categories with no detail instruction on what each category is for, so you're scared to undo anything because you don't know what you're undoing. I guess they expect you to play around with it until you figure it out go figure, what I dislike the most about this cash register is that it doesn't show you the subtotal with the taxes before you put in the amount given therefore your customers will only see the amount without the taxes so I guess they supposed to just guess what to give us smh. And there are no clear instruction on how to set your till or your cash box for the day. At this point I am looking to buy a Casio.

Terrible set up instructions. No help whatsoever. It already has tax set up and it rounds off. But no clear instructions on how to change that.

I have returned this product. Beyond setting the time and date is is very difficult to program. The translation of the directions is very poor and it is hard to understand what the different functions mean.

A beautiful cash register but an electronic one. If one is familiar with setting up the machine then fine. When it arrived we noticed there were no detailed instructions for setting up the required keys for our business. We did add tax but now everything comes out with a tax .We have attempted to reach the seller for assistance to no avail.

Register performs well, Instruction book could have a better translation, some items difficult to follow because of the translation. Once you figure it out it works well. Our use is for a canteen, and it has more features than what we need at the moment. However, we are able to increase functions because register has the ability to provide more information than what we need at the moment.

I noticed that my problem of rounding off was common. It seems that it works only with one decimal place. The machine looks at $1.55 as $1.5. The photo shows their response to this problem. When trying to step through the instructions you will find that the steps can't be followed because the fields do not exist. Terrible support
