This faucet is very well built, you can very clearly feel how solid it is, they don't seem to have cut corners on this one.. It has 2 shut offs, which is nice when you don't have a sink under the faucet, you don't turn it on by bumping into it for sure, and they operate very smoothly as well.In all, i can't believe how little i paid for this faucet based on my experience with it. If you are looking for one that has this look, you will most likely be quite happy with this, i know that i am.One thing to keep in mind when you buy this is what you'll use it for. Many people will want these so they don't have to carry heavy pots to the stove, but you'll still have to carry the now hot water to the sink, so that's a minor benefit, that may be worth it to you. Where this style of faucet shines is for when you cook with steam, since it's now super easy to add water as it boils off, you will very much appreciate this. Also, if your silly like me, and tend to boil the water too low when boiling things, being able to easily top it of is great too. My wife cooks many things with steam, and the steamers she uses are VERY large, so she's normally adding lots of water to the pots while cooking, this saves her so much effort that it's more than worth the effort to run water down the opposite wall and replace teh backsplash to get this installed.

This pot filler is a tank (very well built) compared to the one that I installed in my last home in WA. This one is about 2" longer (and yes, it makes a substantial reach difference), which I never would have appreciated until using this one. I remember in our last home, that the filler barely reached the outer-most edge of our largest pot, despite it being placed on the burner closest to the filler. Since our new home in OH has a massive 60" commercial gas range, the extra reach of this filler was a primary concern to me. Just like my last filler, this one is made of solid brass with a durable brushed nickel finish on it. It appears to also be just as serviceable as the previous one, requiring minimal tools and effort to dismantle it, if the need ever arises in the future due to failing o-rings, etc. It has smooth action, as you pull it outward, as well as smooth action of the two valves. Highly recommended, especially so, for the price.

Installation was OK...hard to get it to not leak but after some fiddling was fine. About a month after installation I was filling at pot & the arm started detaching from the main valve body...luckily I was there to grab the arm as it came off could turn the water off...if someone had left the main valve on & this happened while we were away it would have flooded by entire kitchen & basement below. Like others have posted there's not much holding this on, so I would expect others to work themselves loose as well.
