This interactive cat toy has insane action with a powerful motor that spins the black ears around creating wild movements of the attached tail. It is hard to keep up with it since it rolls around very fast and is easy to lose sight of since it has a tendency to find it's way into every corner of the house especially under furniture. I have already had to go on the hunt for it several times which I have found under end tables, the bed and storage cabinets. My cat is very intrigued with this toy and sits there watching it weave it's way around the room but does not actually play with it due to the powerful movements it makes rolling all around the place. There are two tail attachments included which screw on to the base of the silicone coated ball. The power switch is very small and is hard to locate on the ball which can be a bit difficult when wanting to power it off. There is a USB type-c port on the back of the ball for recharging the toy which lights up red when charging and goes out after fully charged. There are several chirping/squeaking sounds this toy makes along with colored LED lights which can be selected by pushing the power button when the device it on. The yellow tip on the one tail is a fabric cord instead of silicone which the rest of the tail is made up of, so it will not get twisted up in the cat's fur when being played with. I was going to post a video of this toy in action but it moves so fast and erratic that is is nearly impossible to do! This toy moves around a bit and then stops momentarily before rolling around some more. It will go into sleep mode if not being played with after a while but then wakes back up a short while later which is crazy since it will be making noise banging up against stuff. I therefore suggest not leaving this toy powered on at night when trying to sleep! Overall this is a good interactive toy to keep your kitties entertained but can also scare them depending upon the mood of your cat due to how powerful this toy is at rolling all around the place and banging into things. My cat Wolfie actually likes the fluffy black tail as a toy by itself which has crinkly material inside it. This will make a great toy for keeping your feline friend entertained especially when not at home.

Just so cute! Makes me think of Mickey Mouse with a long furry tail! It’s a bit different than all the other action balls. It works on the carpet, too.

I've purchased and tried several different motorized cat toys over the last several months. I have a pretty young indoor-only cat who needs some enrichment in her life. This toy is better than one I've tried, but still just okay.Here are my likes and dislikes:• I like that this toy remains powered on even in 'sleep' mode. This allows it to 'wake up' when my cat decides she'd like to play again. A different motorized toy would go into a 'suspend' mode after 30 minutes, requiring you to turn it back on.• I like the ability to turn off the squeaks and squawks.• My cat likes the fluffy, crinkly tail.• I don't like the ears or the design of the motor. Compared to the toy I like best, it seems to restrict the movement too much - keeping it in a small area instead of being free to really move around.• I don't like the battery life. It seems to require charging a couple of times per day based upon my cat's play. This means that it's frequently dead by the time I get home from work, even when I charged it overnight and turned it on in the morning. This is probably a tradeoff between the 'sleep' and 'suspend' mode/features when compared to other toys.

I purchased the fluffy tailed version of this product and sadly the cat I purchased it for, is scared of it. He's an older cat, that was adopted by my MIL and hes picky about the toys he plays with. It is a cute toy, and would be perfect for energetic kitties.

This toy moves around well on carpet. It seems like it has around 3 movement patterns and tends to stay in the same area. This isn't necessarily a bad thing since it's less likely to get lost.
