Sat on it very few times in the last year or so I've owned it, and it's already falling apart. I paid 600 for a piece of crap. I would like a refund or a replacement this isn't worth that

Small and uncomfortable, the frame is flimsy, and even with protective pads in the legs it still managed to scratch my wooden floors

I've only had this for two days but very happy so far I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I've never purchased furniture online before so wasn't sure what to expect. Cushions are extra firm which I like. Well see how it wears after time but for now it's great!

The delivery company did not give me a 30 minute notice of delivery. The back of the sofa is a separate piece which you have to slide into 2 brackets. If the brackets aren't aligned properly it's very hard to slide into slots. I ended up having to use a hammer to knock the section into place. The seat cushions have a tendency to slide forward you may need to apply a velcro strip to keep in place. I like the firmness of the cushions hopefully it will stay this way. You may need a extra person when attaching the back.

Main reason I ordered this sofa is because it had free scheduled inside door delivery. I definitely didn't want to pick up this massive box at my apartment mail room.The sofa is nice looking, and fits well in a small apartment. It seemed a little pricey but as I said I needed scheduled delivery option. Fabric is nice the dark gray color is perfect. The back cushions are soft but the seat cushions are pretty firm. Hopefully they will soften up over time.Overall I like it, good quality!

It arrived on time, delivery was great. The sofa was easy to put together- you do need a long screwdriver. I didn’t put the plastic caps on the bottom as they are a nightmare to remove.One thing is one of the housing units for the leg to screw in was broken on delivery and results in a wobbly leg, which of course makes the leg unsafe.I had to brace the leg to make it work. I reached out to the company and haven’t heard back, so it looks like I paid hundreds of dollars for a broken sofa, and unresponsive customer service.There’s always risk ordering online, but the no reply from the seller is disappointing.If there was no problem with that leg unit, the sofa would be fine.The non existent customer service is why I am giving this 1 star, in hopes they prove me wrong.

Overall good couch...cushions seem like they'll last and won't sink in over time.. super easy assembly..however, it doesn't come with a very long Phillips screwdriver to put the legs on. You'll need one

We were looking for a small couch for our basement, and this worked perfectly! It came in one big box (you need 2 people to move it), but once out of the box, everything was easily movable by one person. It was so easy to put together and took us less than 20 minutes. The cushions are very firm, and the whole couch is quite sturdy. We are very happy with this purchase :)
