Installation Steps:
1. Remove the two screws securing the metal face cover, then remove the cover;
2. Remove the black gear on the right side; (please take a picture of the gear on the right side before removing the gear. It will be useful when you install a new shaft)
3. Loosen the left brass bush located at the left end of the gear;
4. Lift the shaft from the left side and pull it out; (note the order of the three small washers located on the right side of the shaft, these washers will come loose when the shaft is removed and need to be put back in place in the same order)
5. Install the new shaft in reverse order.

he product is suitable for Fujitsu FI-6130, but the process of disassembling the scanner can be tricky with the replacement process, I found some videos of roller replacement tutorials and researched for a long time before I managed to change the roller. But it's great that my scanner is back in working order and the rollers fit perfectly.

Bought these for my Fujitsu 6130z scanner. The rubber/plastic rollers are not properly spaced to fit in the respective location on scanner.

Package came with two rollers. One was perfectly fine. However, the rubber on one of the rollers was "split" and not able to be used.

Bought a used FI 6130 but the rollers were trashed. These were a good replacement and restored the scanner to working order. Definitely research the replacement process though, it's not trivial.

This part doesn't fit the FI-6130. The shaft diameter is too wide for the bearings.I contacted the seller and told them they sent me the wrong part.They just sent me another of the exact same thing.

I have ordered about 10 of these kits, and about three out of the five the roller placement on the axle is too far to the left, or too far to the right have to always realign

Was hard to find a good YT video showing the easiest method but found one that helped. You have to take to bottom off to free up the wires to move. Remove the 2 dark side plastic pieces covering the wires to allow them to move. Now the hard part, you have to get the scanner to release the pins where the scanner rotates on the hinges. Was able to get the right one out first as the pin is smaller. The left one (side where the belt is on) is the hard side to work with. Once I got it out getting it back in was almost impossible. I finally took the bottom sprocket off and got it back in then had to pry out the side housing to get that sprocket back on the shaft.It is a challenge but it can be done Glad they don't go bad very often Think I have had this scanner over 10 years
