These wheels are fast and have grip with a nice contact patch but you can also slide at will of course. I use these on a surfskate also with a 80s deck.. I still have the original mini cubics. The new ones are a little harder, faster and smaller.

when I opened the package the wheels were separated and already opened, 2/4 wheels had major scuff marks, dents and one of the wheels (left of pic) looked like the plastic on top was welded or melted with a line like Frankenstein stitches. I have bought a few of these types of wheels and I hope that the quality of a product is met next time.
