STEP 01 Place the wire into the iron pipe
STEP 02 Connect the head to the iron pipe
STEP 03 Secure the vibrator at the other end of the iron pipe
STEP 04 Connect the power cable to the vibrator
STEP 05 Fix the vibrator and stainless steel scraper
STEP 06 Connect the iron pipe with the tablet
STEP 07 Fix the press and two auxiliary stabilizer rods
STEP 08 Secure the sub-stabilizer bar to the stainless steel scraper
STEP 09 Install batteries

Might work on small concrete projects but is built with very tender parts, treat gently. Price is reasonable if you get use out of it, that may make it a bargain, Again research, research and research. Buyer beware, always.

only thing that they could’ve done differently is it took me a minute to figure out how to charge it and you have to plug it into the battery itself but other than that a great tool
