It works but very painful to put it back in and to have it correctly adjust. The best way to install this is to clip both shoes in places and then hook up the brake cable. Don't worry about the exact orientation just now but install spring on the top to part that links to brake cable piece. Use big screw drivers to hold it in one corner and another long screw driver prying another end to the other hole. once it in then adjust shoes to receive the brake gab adjuster and then install the lower spring. Make a template with a sheet of paper to see how big a diameter of your brake drum is and then use it to adjust your brake shoes just enough to make a clearance. I made a mistake not to do this and I have to take my wheel and rotor off again to readjust the brake shoes. It was the most tedious and painful fix ever but I don't have to mess with it another ten years.

The install went on perfectly for a 2006 Nissan Titan 4WD. I watched a few different youtube video and it gave me some good tips and trick. The pad works well and fits just like the OEM.

Started to do the brake job and the pads seemed good quality but after taking the original emergency pads off and trying to install these, the adjusting pin will not seat properly flushed with cut outs where it goes, it binds because the cut outs are too narrow. Compared to the Nissan OEM pads, The OEM pads have a wider cut out and the adjusting pin seats completely flushed. If you get the after market hardware kit to replace the OEM, Dorman Brand, the adjusting pin does seat properly because the end pins are slightly tapered and narrower than the OEM pins. After inspecting the aftermarket adjusting pins and considering they look like a second cousin to pot metal, I just put everything back to original and decided to do this another day with OEM parts.
