Was sent 2 driver side calipers. The fitment is fine but the bleeder screw is on the bottom when it should be on the top. Was excited to bleed the passenger after successfully installing the driver i couldn’t wait to test them out but i very quickly realized when i installed the passenger caliper that it is a driver side caliper as well.

Lots of powder in places there should be no powder.powder in threads, powder in bottom of bleeder port, as well as sealing area for crush washer on R side.Someone did a lousy job masking. Quality control did a lousy job spotting it.So much powder on bracket that pads would not fit. Razor blade and file till the anti-rattle clip would let the pads float.Also, the copper crush washers do not fit the banjo bolt. To small to fit flange on bolt.Better than no calipers, but were I not a mechanic, and have lots of experience with powder, and crappy coat jobs, I would have been stuck sending these back.Getting the sealing surface of the bleeder screw to seal after there is a bunch of powder covered trash in there is difficult. Not to mention unsafe, for the ignorant.I bought these, not for Red powder, but because they were the only pair of calipers I could find on amazon that were not out of stock.Now I guess I know why.Also not sure why these are branded "performance". Misleading at best.They are stock honda reman calipers with red powder. Unless red somehow makes them stop better.Boooo!

Part was easy to install and it looks very cool, I paired them a pair of Brembo rotors and Akebono ceramic pads. Brakes work good.
