From what I understand, Power Stop buys old calipers and restores them, then gives them a powder coat. The quality of the powder coat was pretty good, and the calipers look great. The hardware is not OEM, but it matches the specs of OEM. The one issue I had is that the brake line mounting hole had bad threads. If I had tried to screw in the mounting bolt, threads were going to be stripped.Coincidentally, I bought these because when I was rebuilding my old front caliper I got a bit overzealous with the hydraulic press when pushing out the last piston, so I was going to see if I could fill in the damage and rethread it, but I would have had to do more work than I felt like doing at the moment. In other words, I already had the tap and die ready, so I just cleaned the threads with it and it fit fine. If I didn't have the tools ready and felt comfortable doing it, I would have had a useless brake caliper and/or a stripped bolt.
