basic remanufactured Chrysler product it came in a box with no packaging no cushioning , bolts were laying on top of it that scratch the heck out of it during shipment more than likely I'll send them back even though I did get a fairly decent price on them they just look like heck like they've been through a battle and lost. the hardware is new but I could have done the same myself buy new hardware take the caliper up to the car wash and I pressure wash it get a can of spray paint off the internet sprayed on heat gun that down and I will save $100 set. not very happy with the quality of this product.
