Crappy plastic hand grips. A kids bike at Walmart has better. Just garbage. The pads are even worse. Really cheap. The boards they’re mounted on I swear is either balsa wood or some kind of cardboard. No rigidity or strength at all.Speaking of cardboard, the box it was delivered in was beaten so badly that we found nuts and bolts on our porch when it was delivered. absolutely no protective packing whatsoever other than some felt wrapped around the ends of some of the tubing. I assembled what I could and figured I’d buy whatever bolts or hardware I was missing at the store. The welds are not great. Metal tubing crushes if you over tighten the bolts, but that’s near impossible to do with the pot metal hardware they include. Once it was together, on my first leg lift I heard the back pad crack! The punching bag feature is fun till you hit it too low and the plastic retaining ring on it cuts your knuckle.Rather than go through the trouble to disassemble and return this pile of junk, I think I’ll put it up for sale on marketplace. That way whoever buys it will know when they see it what it a cheap piece this is. Even though it was priced inexpensively, I feel I was ripped off. I’d consider keeping it for a clothes rack but I’m afraid my clothes will be damaged when it collapses.

Our athletic daughter had a speed bag and a pull up bar on her Christmas list. My husband found the the Power Tower Dip Station with both of them together and even more things she can use. She's very pleased with the Power Tower Dip Station using it for dips and pull ups for strength training and the speed bag for training and fun. It also fits in her bedroom which is only 10 ft X 10 ft. So that's an option if you don't have a separate workout space.

My expectations for this piece was not very high form the start. Yet when most of the hardware is missing and holes do not line up it renders the piece useless. Woukd not recommend!

Bought this excited to add more to my home workout it arrived today big hole in the box at first wasn't to worried about it then opened the box and saw none of the hardware was in any packaging it was just thrown in the box wasn't even any packaging for it to have fallen out of during shipping well I went ahead and started putting it together and realized there was only about half the amount of bolts needed to put this thing together and it does seem to not be of very good quality metal so I will be going to the hardware store in the morning before work and seeing if I can locate some nuts that will fit the bolts also some of the nuts are barely long enough to get a nut started on them so it makes using the washers a little difficult you have to tighten both bolts in the section down then back one off and then you might be able to get a washer into place then tighten it down and repeat for the other bolt and yes I made sure I was using the correct bolt because I was like I have to have the wrong one but nope all others are either way to long or way short so if you buy this do a parts count of every nut and bolt before you even start to put it together oh get a magnifying glass for the instructions too lol I was hoping to be able to leave a good review but glad I ordered this first before I ordered some of the more expensive stuff from this manufacturer

Overall, it’s not bad mine is wobbly so I put a piece of wood on one side which stabilizes it. The punching bag does deflate so you have to refill it. But overall I do enjoy the product and use it every day.
