Worth the money and the only belt I will ever buy in the future! I bought 2 of the cheap Amazon belts that come up first when you search for Craftsmen 42 inch Mower Deck. Which my lawn tractor smoked and destroyed those belts in minutes in my front yard of 1 acer of grass.

Looks like quality belt.. fit exactly on craftsman lt2000. Hopefully it will last. Satisfied and working well after 6 cuts

This is the second of the "Gates" belts I have ordered and received. The first one shredded within an hour of mowing, and the replacement that I ordered is more than an inch too small in diameter. Neither belt was stamped "Gates", but instead it has a sticker that says, "Made in Mexico". I am going back to the much more expensive Sears belt since it is Made in USA. (I wasted a lot of time changing these belts; not at all happy.)
