The Powerbuilt 2pc CV Axle Pepper Set offers an easier way to separate the CV Axle as opposed to using a pry bar or other home methods. The forked design applies even pressure to the shaft for while the tapered wedge helps to easily release the half shaft quicker and safer. The Shim Wedge is used to fill the gap between the Shaft and Transaxle.

I wouldn't really trust powerbuilt for other stuff but these work great. Stop trying to find a way to get your pry bars in there or pull it in the one magical way they pop clean. They don't fit everywhere but still totally worth it

Tried everything for three days to get my cv axle out but nothing worked until I got these, honestly it made me mad at how easily it came out once I got these. So if your planning on doing an axle any time soon these are a must have!!!!

After trying to pry my axle's off with negative results I used this tool and off they came. The hardest part was finding the right angle to pop off the axle.

Tool saved the day, perhaps i didnt use how it was intended however after many attempts and youtube methods using this tool as a chisel on a 2005 Honda CR-V passenger cv axel worked wonders must have tool for cv axel replacing
