Choose the Flower Stamp
Find one pattern you prefer, put the flower part down side, insert it into the mold
Secure the Flower Stamp
Clockwise tightening the pattern, find two knots on it, and then secure by switching the handle on top.
Adjust the Thickness
Rotate clockwise to adjust to the thickness you want.
Put the Dough into It
Get one mooncake dough, gently flour it, and roll it into a slightly longer oval with your hands.
Pull the Handle up & Release the Mooncake
Gently set it in the press. And then press it down on the baking sheet. Once down, gently lift the tool.(When press the mooncake, setting the tool with one hand, and then press it down with another hand. Don’t press it too hard, or your dough will squeeze out from the bottom of the mold.)

Worked perfectly. I found that it's better to dust the cake instead of the mould before putting the cake into the mould. No sticking that way.

I really like this little press. I do not like that the tabs break with continued use. Product does not seem durable for use on a consistent scale. Since they do not sell just the molds, you have to keep rebuying the press with the molds.

I’ve used it once and it was so hard to work with. The handle is badly built so it wobbles quite a bit when you push it down. The handle has this little area for your fingers to grip onto so it can be tricky to hold onto especially releasing the mold. Making it hard to get a precise and crisp shape of cake. Still on the fence about keeping or returning it. I like the shape and pattern of the molds but not happy with the quality of product. I’ve had better luck with other brands so may keep looking.

Beautiful design and easy to use. Make sure you remember to dust some flour prior to pressing the dough. So it won’t stick to the presser.Will totally recommend this!
