They are actually really easy to use! I just made delicious mooncakes this week and the molds worked out perfectly, I might have to adjust the recipe so the patters can be appreciated better, but that's all on my and not the molds. They are really nice! I'm happy with this purchase!

The small round mold has a pattern that is too big to fit into the round press down part, making it useless!

These are easy to use, though I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with arthritis issues (stiff spring, changing the mold pattern is a bit of a workout).The molds are a very hard off-white plastic, and the patterns are finely incised. You'll probably want some kind of lubricant or lining on the interior.

These work great as how it's intended to. It's made of thick sturdy plastic and metal springs. The plastic can be scratchy just because of how hard and thick it is. It's not so easy to clean for a clean freak like me, but it was easy to install the stamps and press some perfectly beautiful mooncakes. You are able to get the stamp out and wash it individually, but you won't be able to take everything apart and wipe each little piece clean. I had one duplicate of the same stamp and that is my only complaint. However, for just a little over ten, I thought this set is great and I really can't complain.
