At first I wasn't sure if I would be able to install these PowerMadd handguards on my kids mini(outlaw 90), but I ordered the Sentinel atv mounting kit with the Sentinel handguards Blue/White(to match the Polaris colors).Install wasn't too bad, 1st- both left side(rear brake/starter) and right side(front brake/throttle) brackets mount underneath and stick out towards the front. 2nd- both brackets should be roughly 1-7/8" from edge of "handgrip" to edge of "handguard" bracket. The left side, you get a #3 Phillips driver and loosen up the rear brake lever and slide it inward(5/8"), than mount your handgaurd bracket, tighten the handguard(keep in mind that the handguard bracket should be as level as possible). Then slide the brake lever back against the handguard bracket and retighten the brake lever. Now moving on to the right side, this is going to be a little more trickier. Again loosen up the front brake lever(the throttle is part of this assembly), taking the Phillips screw completely out. Now you have to try to spread the throttle assembly apart just enough to get the handguard bracket to slide underneath the throttle assembly(there's just enough room for it to fit) and it will lay tightly against the brake cable adjusters, then tighten the handguard bracket(getting it close to level). Put the Phillips screw back in and tighten the brake lever. Now your brackets are ready for you to install your handguards. As luck would have it, the spacers ended up being identical on both left and right side, just follow the instructions, I hope this helps with installing on your mini.

Yes these will fit on a Grizzly. You will have to remove the mounting block from the handle bar. These are welded on at the factory for installation guides and can be removed. I used a dremmel and just took my time so I didn't get into the handle bar. After you remove just touch up with some black paint. The brake resevoir needs to be loosend and slid down.Throttle side the welded bracket needs to be completely removed and that hand guard mount needs to be installed upside down. The other side you will just remove the small finger on the welded mount. This side has easy access and can be mounted upright.

A little pricey for what they are but the quality is good as well as the fitament. Overall happy with them.

They fit my 400ex. Not sure if I like the looks of them yet. Kinda of bigger than I planned. But the kit was everything it was supposed to be. Kinda of a pain to install. But much sturdier than I thought they would be.

One minor crash in the sand and they broke. Also pressed in and broke the clutch lever. Look nice, terrible protection. Very thin material when you factor in the bolt hole.

This mounting kit fit my RPS Hawk 250 near perfectly. Clutch side required no modification, but brake side required me to move the brake reservoir further from the starter/kill switch. Since the little plastic bushings make the hand guards super adaptable, it fit near perfect with no major fitment issues. The only issue is the support arm holds the hand guard a little close on the brake side (side effect of being on the other side of the brake reservoir). The support arms, and mounting hardware feel very solid. Pics to come soon. Only major problem? I dropped one of the Allen bolts, and there was no spare with my kit. I sent an email to the manufacturer, so I hope to hear back on replacement cost, or replacement size. That's my fault though. I'm the one who dropped it.Update 9-17-2017:I sent PowerMadd an email asking about the Allen screw I dropped. I not only got a quick reply, but a reply from the Vice President Paul LeMere. Sure enough, he said he'd send me some, and he sent me 2 right away. I'm very impressed. Thank you, PowerMadd, and Mr LeMere.
