This is an extremely overpriced item. It's nothing but cheap nylon sewed together. The worst part of it, however, is the noise. It sounds like really bad warm-up pants swishing together on my melamine slide board. Particularly if you like to listen to music, the radio, or watch something while you exercise, the sound is not good. If they sold this for $5, I'd say consider it, but for the price it's at, forget it. You could stitch together something yourself, or use something else.

Perfect to help slide you slide on a slideboard! You can use socks but you will end up ruining your socks.

These booties are not quite as slippery as my old booties, but for the price are still fun for the occasional workout.
